My Favourite Daily Detox Cleanse Tea

BELOW ARE TEA MAKING INSTRUCTIONS

But first, let's talk about your POOP!

What is the "perfect poop"? lol.

Your stool should not be too watery or too hard.

It should be round, long, not cracked and the diameter should be approximately half of your wrist size. Just eye ball it...(yep, I just said that).

You should poop at least 1 time each day or, even better, after each meal.

Ok, are we really talking about this?? YES!!!

Your intestines need to stay healthy so that you stay healthy.

Obviously, not all disease begins in the gut. For example, this does not apply to genetic diseases.

Regardless, the gut needs to be freed of built up, unwanted waste so you don't become the next "Micro-Brewery" (you know those things are popping up everywhere)!

Cleanse Tea Instructions

What you need:

1) Traditional Medicinal's "Organic Smooth Move"

2) Large Pot to boil water

3) 2 L container to store your cleanse tea in the refrigerator

How to make it:

1) Boil 2 Litres of water in large pot.

2) Take pot off burner and add 4 Tea Bags to hot water in pot (I remove paper and string. Just be careful not to tear bag open)

3) Leave to steep for 5-8 hours and then pour into a 2 L container WITH THE TEA BAGS IN IT. Store in refrigerator.

4) It is recommended to drink 1 oz. - 8 oz. each night; amounts depend on each person. For example: a child may have 1-2 oz. and an adult may have 3-8 oz.

5) Start off with a very small amount. Be aware that your body may experience various detoxification symptoms so pay attention to your bodies reaction. Some people that are severely constipated may require larger amounts at first, am and pm, to get things "moving".
