How Scar Tissue Break Down Fixed My Racing Heart

On July 20th 2018, I completed my Area 27 Academy Driving Course, and I discovered that my new FAVOURITE SPORT had me crossing the finish line with a few new conditions: racing heart (tachycardia) and decreased lung capacity! At first, I blamed it on the forest fires filling the Okanagan with heavy smoke and ash, however, after it all cleared my symptoms did not go away. It took me 5 weeks to figure out why my breath was shallow and my heart was racing constantly, and yet, only a 2 minute "Elbow Therapy" treatment to realize how to resolve these symptoms.
By the way, did I mention these symptoms were NOT PAINFUL, which is the reason it took 5 weeks to address? Even though my new norm is living every day pain free, this went under my radar. Yikes! Now I know why these very symptoms lead to what is called the "silent killers". Permanent damage to the heart and lungs can actually sneak up on you undetected, especially when symptoms like these are ignored for too long.
First of all, here's some background on my heart and lungs. In February 2015, I had what is called a "fake heart attack". I had pain in my chest, shooting pain down my arm and a very tight chest with shortness of breath. Because of my Wolfe Deep Tissue Training, I remembered these symptoms could be caused by the rib cage seizing from damaged chest and rib muscles. Where there is scar tissue, there will be shortened muscles that can be triggered to tense up usually by a strenuous or repetitive physical activity. This reduces the space in the chest cavity, which ends up compressing the heart and lungs, reducing their normal functions and...Bam! a fake heart attack.
It made sense that this was my situation, as a large loonie-sized knot of scar tissue was found one inch from my chest bone (sternum), directly over my heart. The treatment called for was none other than scar tissue break down! This was my first official "Bottle Therapy" experience as there was no way I would have allowed an elbow there. A 20 minute bottling treatment released my tightness, and I was back to normal!
I never experienced these symptoms again. However, 6 months after the initial treatment, I felt pain on the exact spot I had treated. I bottled it, and my pain was relieved immediately. Over the past few years, there have been a handful of times where I woke up with an abnormally fast heart beat. No, it wasn't caffeine or any of the other traditional causes you will find when you google the "why". Each time I grabbed my bottle and literally bottled it away-no joke! I really just followed the science of scar tissue break down, adding length to my chest muscles, which relieved the compression of my chest cavity.
Now for my lungs. In November 2015, I discovered another piece to this "rib cage" puzzle--old scar tissue on the right side of my rib cage most likely damaged during a sporting activity in my younger years. It could have been caused by snowboarding, a fall or soccer. Who knows. When this area was treated with Dr. Wolfe's elbow, my lung capacity significantly improved so much so that I could feel the difference when I went snorkelling a week later (normally I had shallow, underwater breathing). I had no idea my lung capacity was being compromised to that extent.
Now that you know my rib cage (front and side) has been damaged by past injuries, you can make an educated guess on how my July symptoms emerged from simply driving a fast car around a race track. Yep, traces of scar tissue were still embedded in my soft tissue and were haunting me as they often can leading to secondary conditions.
Here is the "why". Let's imagine I am speeding around a race track at high speed with my adrenaline at levels I've never experienced. I'm holding on to the steering wheel for dear life and intensely focussing on the 16 turns I get to make at faster speeds than I have ever turned a car in my life, getting faster with each lap. Well, it's obvious why this activity can shrink a rib cage.
Here is how I treated my heart and lung symptoms with 100% recovery after 5 days of using a combination of therapies:
- 5-minute Elbow Therapy treatment (scar tissue break down using an elbow) releasing the middle of my back by a "Bottle Therapy Coach-in-Training". After 2 minutes, my chest cavity opened, my heart stopped racing and I was able to breath deep and full! This was when I knew what I needed to do, as The Bottle Therapy Formula calls for daily scar tissue break down to beat chronic conditions.
- 2 Elbow Therapy treatments of approximately 10 minutes each of my middle back (by my hubby and my son)
- 1 Bottle Therapy Treatment for 1 hour of my full rib cage by a "Bottling" RMT, Steve Biollo
- Daily chest and rib cage bottling (areas I could reach)
- Rolling my mid-upper back on a hand weight
Am I in the clear? Well, we will find out in April, 2019 when I get back on the track! Of course, I think I've got this covered.
If you have or are experiencing any of these symptoms, immediately seek medical advice and cardiology tests. What I am sharing with you is my experience and a possible "why" and "how" that you may not find in clinical reports where ONE effective scar tissue break down treatment could expose your "why" and literally save your life!
