BOTTLE THERAPY DISCLAIMER - TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Bottle Therapy does not provide medical advice.  The information and training is a guide for you to use at your own risk and is 100% under user control.  Consult your physician before practicing the self-therapy on your body.  Any medical questions should be directed to your personal doctor.  There is no guarantee that this self-therapy will resolve your conditions.  It is Bottle Therapy’s intention to help you help yourself. Bottle Therapy is not responsible for any bruising or any injury from the use of an object during self-therapy.  However, bruising may occur as a result of the self-therapy as scar tissue is broken down.  Bruising should resolve in a few days.  If not, please seek medical advice from your physician. Please be advised to handle all glass bottles with care. If you are pregnant, please consult with your physician before starting Bottle Therapy. Do not use Bottle Therapy on these areas or if you have any of these conditions: bruising, varicose veins, are pregnant, internally, on arteries, taking blood thinners, if you have a history of blood clots.

Use Bottle Therapy only as instructed by your Bottle Therapy Coach.  If at any time, you feel the discomfort is unbearable or that you are in danger of harming yourself with these techniques please speak with your Bottle Therapy Coach or discontinue the self-therapy regimen immediately. In consideration of your participation in the Bottle Therapy programs, you, your heirs, and assign hereby release Bottle Therapy, its owners and employees from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions arising for your participation in any Bottle Therapy programs.  You fully understand that injuries, including but not limited to bruising, may occur and release Bottle Therapy from any liability now or in the future.

If you have been certified as a Bottle Therapy Coach, please be aware of the laws and regulations in your province or state regarding using therapy on another individual other than yourself.
